Unexpected welcome at check-in
After a long drive, the clean room welcomed me. The bed was cozy.
The check-in experience was frustrating due to a rude front desk clerk. It added unnecessary stress to my already taxing journey.

Had a great stay on a business trip. The staff was attentive plus the location was excellent and absolutely perfect. Also, it was 2 miles from Greenville College. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were spacious and fairly quiet with the window open, everything was nice😃

Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I appreciated the friendly staff who even pointed out the Ohio State football game channel. The king room was clean with a comfortable bed, and the mini fridge and coffee maker were in good condition. I could hear noise from the hall and neighboring rooms, which affected my sleep. Breakfast was lacking, as there were no eggs or sausage when I went down, although the coffee and juice were decent.

The room's cleanliness really stood out, especially with the comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The hot water worked perfectly for a refreshing shower, a definite plus after a long day of travel.
Unfortunately, the building showed signs of its age with outdated decor and some lingering odors. I had issues with the microwave being non-functional, and the exhaust fan from the bathroom was loud enough to make you wonder if it would shake loose from the ceiling. Locating an ice machine was a challenge, puzzling for any traveler needing to cool down drinks on a warm day.

We stayed in a nice Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The location was perfect for visiting the Greenville Country Club, where we all enjoyed some quality family time. The hotel had great digital programming.
My kids wished there was more parking, especially designed for families with children.
